Great location near public transport and close to attractions. Spacious room with a large bed and a separate sitting area. Friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their faces.
Unpleasant odor in the bathroom, probably due to a sewer issue. Difficulties with the WiFi registration and usage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious apartment was excellent value for money and had amazing self-catering facilities. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, close to many attractions and the beautiful Companys Garden.
Absolutely nothing.

Spacious rooms and selfhelp-kitchenette!
Seems like the restaurant staff are a bit under staff, as we had to wait to order drinks and to pay! This is fine with us, but the international tourist may have a problem with it.

Huge rooms and friendly, helpful staff
Our honeymoon sweet was two twin beds pushed close. They did however fix this when we asked and we were fine.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially Andiswa, Sibongile, and Stephanie who were extremely friendly and helpful. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning and an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the dining options, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. The Wi-Fi was brilliant, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
Although we had a great experience overall, it is worth noting that the staff did not appear to care about the quality of service provided. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Some fuss about the bill, which however the hotel spontaneously settled a day later.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful ,food was excellent. My girls were especially delighted with the spacious room and superb facilities.Roof top pool is small, but view from the 11th floor terrace was interesting. Sadly, the hotel was full for the other nights of our stay in Cape Town. This hotel is in an excellent and safe location. We will definitely come back !!
Nothing to dislike.Staff and facilities were superb.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. The service was great and the secure parking was a big plus. The location was also convenient, close to key attractions and public transportation.
The room we stayed in was in need of a refurbishment. The furniture was mismatched and shabby, and the ceiling tiles were reminiscent of an old office block.

1. Once inside the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable 2. Very good value for money 3. Left an expensive watch on my head board. On our return that evening, pleased to see the watch "ticking" away happily. Speaks highly of the staff. 4. Room is unusually big and spacious.
1. The walk in entrance to the hotel from Adderley Street is not conspicuous. This issue needs to be addressed. 2. The reception area is relatively small and uninviting. 3. There were no porters. 4. The immediate environment of the hotel appears dingy. 5. No hot water during the 1st night and moved to another room with least amount of inconvenience. 6. Although the breakfast was not inclusive in the hotel rate, the spread, quality and service left a lot to be desired. On the 2 subsequent mornings we had breakfast elsewhere. 7. On our 1st day we ordered sandwich and drinks. We waited some 30 minutes for such a small order. The waitress indicated that the chef is a trainee.
